Dexter Joseph
Dexter has taught Steel Pans in the London Borough of Harrow for over 20 years.
He started his Steel pan career in “Ebony Steel Band” a band his father Winston “P” Joseph and Cape James formed when they came from Trinidad in the 1960s.
